Our farm is located in Hato Mayor, Dominican Republic. We have 300 acres of organic cacao with different cacao clones of Trinitario and Criollo, Part of our production is used for the processing of our chocolate in Paris, and a part of it is reserved to sell as raw material to other chocolatiers, like us. Our laboratory is based in Montreuil, Paris. There we have developed the recipes of our two first chocolates: 75% and 80% cacao from single origin. The ingredients are nothing else but organic cacao from our farm and raw sugar.
The chocolates will be available for purchase December 2nd, but pre-orders are possible by contacting us.
Our atelier is opened for visits, tours and classes. Learn how cocoa is grown and the processes it goes trough to be turned into chocolate.
