Our family farm is located in Hato Mayor, Dominican Republic. We have 300 acres of organic cacao. Part of our production is used for the processing of our chocolates in Europe, and a part of it is reserved to sell as raw material to other chocolatiers, like us. The classes
Our atelier is in Montreuil, just outside of Paris, and it is open for visits, tours and classes. Learn how cocoa is grown and how it is transformed into chocolate. The classes can be held at private locations, at request. For bookings please contact us.
